Moorly uses Paddle as our payment provider. You can manage your subscription, update your payment method, view invoices, and cancel or resume your plan through the Paddle customer portal.

How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time through the Paddle Billing Portal. Sign in with the email you used to subscribe, then select your Moorly subscription and choose "Cancel." Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.
How do I update my payment method?
Visit the Paddle Billing Portal and sign in with your subscription email. From there you can update your credit card, switch payment methods, and manage your billing details.
How do I request a refund?
If you'd like to request a refund, please contact us at support@moorly.xyz with your account email and a brief description of the issue. We'll review your request and get back to you within 2 business days.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account from the extension's Settings page. This will cancel any active subscription and sign you out. Your local data will be preserved unless you uninstall the extension.
Can I reactivate my subscription after cancelling?
Yes! If your subscription hasn't fully expired yet, you can reactivate it through the Paddle Billing Portal. If it has already expired, simply visit our Pricing page and subscribe again. Your saved data will still be there.
