Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with Moorly. If the Service does not meet your expectations, you may request a refund within the terms described below.
1. Eligibility
- Monthly subscriptions: You may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase or any renewal payment.
- Annual subscriptions: You may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. Renewals may be refunded within 7 days.
- Early Bird subscriptions: Same refund terms as annual subscriptions.
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us at support@moorly.xyz with:
- Your account email address
- A brief reason for the refund (helps us improve)
We will process refund requests within 2 business days. Approved refunds are issued through Paddle and typically appear on your statement within 5-10 business days.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
- Requests made after the refund window has closed
- Accounts terminated for violation of our Terms of Service
- Partial-month or partial-year refunds (we do not prorate)
4. Cancellation vs. Refund
Cancelling your subscription is different from requesting a refund:
- Cancellation: Your Pro features remain active until the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again.
- Refund: Pro access is terminated immediately upon refund approval, and the payment is returned to your original payment method.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the extension's Settings page or through your Paddle customer portal.
5. Payment Processor
All payments and refunds are processed through Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles billing, tax calculation, invoicing, and refund processing on our behalf. By subscribing, you also agree to Paddle's Terms of Service.
