Cancelling your subscription is different from requesting a refund:

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the extension's Settings page or through your Paddle customer portal.

5. Payment Processor

All payments and refunds are processed through Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles billing, tax calculation, invoicing, and refund processing on our behalf. By subscribing, you also agree to Paddle's Terms of Service.
